Before sending in bug reports or contacting me, I would like you to make sure that you are using the latest version of TUGZip either by using the built-in "Web Update" function or by downloading the latest version from http://www.tugzip.com.

If you are reporting a bug please include the following information:

• Can you reproduce the error/bug? In that case please describe the steps to reproduce the error.
• What OS are you using, Win98, WinXP etc? What service packs are installed etc?
• Which version of TUGZip are you using?
• If there is an error message, please specify its contents.
